Reading these reviews is heartwarming as we also had a great experience working with Vacationland and Joel. We found our dream trailer on RVtrader which led us to Vacationland. We got connected with Joel and he was very kind and helpful from the start, and prompt with his responses. As we wouldn’t be able to see the used trailer in person, he took photos and videos of the trailer inside out and was very transparent about the condition of the trailer. After we made the deposit, we planned to take a long trip out to Illinois with our young kids to pick up the trailer. Joel gave us time and never put pressure on us. After a long deliberation with my husband, we unfortunately had to make the hard decision to pass on the trailer due to financial and time constraints. We contacted Joel and we were met with complete understanding and even helped us with the deposit. I was shocked because past RV dealerships we visited were very cold in their interactions and only cared about our money.
