I worked with Joel, and other members of the Vacationland Team. What a fantastic experience working with them. After the exhausting experience “shopping” at Camping World earlier in the week with their high pressure sales tactics and low quality but smothering assistance, what a breath of fresh air Vacationland is. I told them what type of RV we wanted, they pointed out the large selection of used and new RV’s on their lot, and then LEFT US ALONE to explore. Wonderful!! Joel touched bases with us a couple of times hour answering any questions or concerns. Joel was very patient and helpful. Very good prices with markdowns were clearly listed in each RV. Easy fianancing is available. This could have been a dreadful stressful nightmare, but it wasn’t. Thank you Vacationland.
I bought a used Aliner camper two weeks ago from Vacation Land. My experience was excellent. Joel, the sales person, was super helpful, responsive to all my questions and requests, and made sure the camper was prepped and ready for my pick-up. The price was fair and easily negotiated. The service staff did a good job of readying the camper and they were great to work with. After camping with the Aliner this past weekend, I can say that I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
The staff at Vacationland are exceptional. We had a tight window between camping trips to purchase our Camper. They went out of their way to make it happen. From sales to finance to the prep crew everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I recommend Vacationland. We will definitely be back.

First time buyer and I couldn’t express enough how much I really appreciated the experience. Our salesman Joel went above and beyond what I would of expected. From finding the tow rating for my vehicle to help narrow down the campers we’d be able to haul, which carried through the rest of the buying experience. He was professional, patient and very informative as well as prompt to respond to any questions we had or came up with during and after. I also really appreciated was the fact never was there a moment that we felt pressure to buy anything. When we did decided on a trailer, the mechanics went above and beyond to make sure we understood exactly how everything works from the trailer setup to setting up our hitch. If I could give them 10 stars I would based on several criteria. I definatly would recommend this dealership to anyone!!

We came from over 900 miles away to purchase our camper from Vacationland. It was most certainly worth the trip. The people were most friendly and helpful. We bought our very first camper from Marisol at Vacationland. She was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We were never pushed or pressured and she guided us to find exactly what we were looking for. I felt confident that we were getting a great deal and we absolutely loved working with her. When we went to pick it up, Mike Curtis was extremely thorough is his walk-through and answered every single question we had (even though we were all standing in 90-100 degree heat!). From the purchase, to the financing paperwork, to hitching the camper to our truck, the entire team was amazing and they made it clear that we could contact them at anytime if we had any questions. They took the anxiety out of such a big purchase, and made it such a smooth process. I’m so grateful to everyone who helped us and I HIGHLY recommend Vacationland to anyone looking for a new or used camper!
Absolutely love Vacationland! EVERYONE you meet has a smile on their face. No pushy salesman, zero pressure. You walk in the front door and you are greeted with a “Hello, how can I help?” Let them know what you need and they will point you in the right direction. You want to just look at their stock of campers? No problem, go on back. No pressure whatsoever. You have questions? Just ask! Joel was our salesman and he was awesome! He answered all our questions, even the “thingy” questions 😉 Even when we didn’t find what we exactly wanted in their used stock, Joel kept us in mind and stayed in contact when new inventory came in. Again, he never pressured us into feeling we had to purchase. Service was just as good. Mike helped us with our walk through (once we finally found what we were looking for in a used RV) and he was great. He made me feel comfortable asking questions about “thingamabobs” “thingamajigs” and the other “thingies.” (Although, when the awning lights weren’t turning off I told him to check the remote, and it turned out, it was a remote problem so I taught him something too ) Lastly, Andrew helped us with the brake and hitch install. He was very thorough and kind. All our questions were answered. He walked us through each step of set up. Great job overall! Little do they know I’ve been a Vacationland customer since 1996 when I purchased my first pop-up almost 30 years ago. I’ve recommended them to family and friends over the years and each experience has been a delight. Thank you everyone for all you help.

Wife and I came to drop off our Aliner for a checkup and a week later we drove home a No Boundaries travel trailer. We absolutely love it! Once again, Joel and Kendal assisted with the process. They allowed us to hook it up to our truck to ensure safety limits and we took it for a short test drive. The last 2 paragraphs are the same as a previous post and it stands true…
The service department took the time to show us how to operate the camper and answered all of our questions. They assured us to contact them if we needed help.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I had an absolutely wonderful sales experience. After doing some basic Internet searching for RV dealers it seemed that vacationland had some of the best pricing. As first time RV purchasers Jole was very informative, listened to our needs and made sure we didn’t get ourselves into a pickle. He was not pushy at all, left us alone but also made sure to check in on us from time to time. The service technician were real with us, took the time to explain everything. It was such a a nice experience I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. If you’re looking to buy definitely check this place out.
What a wonderful experience! I had been thinking about a camper for the last couple of years, so glad I stopped at Vacationland! I purchased a NuCamp Tab 320S – I love it! We bought our first camper and it couldn’t have been a smoother, more knowledgeable process. She was very upfront, not pushy at all, and truly made us feel informed all along the way (not just your typical sales person like at other big box camping stores).
Oh, we also bought it on the Wednesday before Memorial Day and we wanted it for the weekend, they got it ready for us EXTRA fast and it was all ready to go that Friday morning. 2 day turn around.
