We showed up one day to look at a camper. Noah showed us where to find the camper we were interested in then let us browse through anything we wanted. He caught up to us in a while to answer all our questions. After a couple days we made up our minds and got the ball rolling. A week later we came home with exactly what we wanted. No pressure whatsoever. Joel and his team bent over backwards to address a couple of petty concerns we had. We were told a few times before we left to give them (Mike especially) a call with any issues. I truly felt they meant that. We first met Joel Zytko, Vacationland Sales Manager, at an RV tradeshow after we found a travel trailer that was the perfect fit for our family. I placed a $5 down payment and was able to hold the price with that. No one pressured us or made us feel the need to get in touch right away. Joel called later that week and was kind and thoughtful. I placed a larger down payment to hold the camper for over a month as I had surgery scheduled and needed time before I could make it in to finalize. They held it no problems, answered our questions, and got all the paperwork ready when I reached out and gave the word. Again, no pressure, no calls. When we arrived at the dealership to finalize the deal it was a wonderful experience with the team. Everyone we worked with was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly and honestly. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their customers the way yours does. The whole experience was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable.
