Reading these reviews is heartwarming as we also had a great experience working with Vacationland and Joel. We found our dream trailer on RVtrader which led us to Vacationland. We got connected with Joel and he was very kind and helpful from the start, and prompt with his responses. As we wouldn’t be able to see the used trailer in person, he took photos and videos of the trailer inside out and was very transparent about the condition of the trailer. After we made the deposit, we planned to take a long trip out to Illinois with our young kids to pick up the trailer. Joel gave us time and never put pressure on us. After a long deliberation with my husband, we unfortunately had to make the hard decision to pass on the trailer due to financial and time constraints. We contacted Joel and we were met with complete understanding and even helped us with the deposit. I was shocked because past RV dealerships we visited were very cold in their interactions and only cared about our money. We showed up one day to look at a camper. Noah showed us where to find the camper we were interested in then let us browse through anything we wanted. He caught up to us in a while to answer all our questions. After a couple days we made up our minds and got the ball rolling. A week later we came home with exactly what we wanted. No pressure whatsoever. Joel and his team bent over backwards to address a couple of petty concerns we had. We were told a few times before we left to give them (Mike especially) a call with any issues. I truly felt they meant that. Their prices on everything they sell are absolutely right where they should be for someone who is out to make a living, not a killing. I will be a loyal customer forever.
