We have been customers of Vacationland since the 1990’s. More recently, we have purchased 2 toy hauler travel trailers and have referred family to Vacationland for their purchase, as well. JOEL is the most wonderful salesperson - he remembers you by name and is super knowledgeable and honest. Honestly I the RV industry is something that is in low supply, but JOEL is trustworthy and a genuinely nice guy. Their prices are fair and we have been happy with their quality. They have stood behind their products and have a nice little shopping area available for all of your immediate needs. We just bought our first RV from Marisol at Vacationland. The entire process was easy, clearly explained, and efficient. Marisol showed us all of the RVs that met our requirements and let us look with no pressure. We ended up purchasing after a little back and forth with a price we were happy with. We even got some extras thrown in to sweeten the deal. I've heard plenty of stories of pushy sales people but not here. Parts department has plenty of accessories and good prices on most. Had my Imagine 22RBE repaired by Vacationland service dept. The pulls / gates rusted needed to be replaced. Luckily both tanks were empty. They would not close. Had to pound on the with a hammer. Finaly left the campground. While the trailer was being repaired the sealed the roof. Thanks, really didn't want to go up there. Had to wait 10 days for parts. Seamed like forever. Noticed a few things on my brand new RV travel trailer. The staff were very helpful and professional. Noah was my sales guy. He made sure I got a great deal and the camper that fit my needs. Sandy did the demo on the rv and made sure it was super clean. She was very thoughtful. Kenny Karin and Tiffany also went above and beyond for me. These guys have gone above and beyond with help. I parked my camper here over the winter and it was well kept, had easy access to air up tires, and they didn’t charge anything extra. Also when I locked my keys in my camper at the campground up the road, they came out with a master set to help me. I’m so thankful.
