Insurance Addendum

(when your vehicle insurance doesn’t extend to a rental trailer)

By purchasing an insurance addendum, MBA Insurance extends coverage to the Renter from the Rental Operator’s policy.
Coverage includes State Statutory Limits of Liability.

Purchase Rental Insurance

Important Rental Notes

– Two-night minimum.

– Completed application and a two-night rental deposit is required for all reservations.

– Pickup can be scheduled as late as 3:00 pm (so there’s time for us to teach you all about the camper) and must be returned before noon.

– $500 security deposit is required at time of rental (credit/debit card).

– A brake controller is required in the tow vehicle.

– A small pet (up to 30 lbs) is allowed for an additional $100 fee and additional $250 security deposit.

– $75 holding tank cleaning fee (if tanks are not emptied before trailer is returned).

– From November 1, the water systems are winterized so only dry camping is allowed.

The 5,000-BTU A/C unit has more than enough cooling capacity to handle those warm summer nights. And the 12,000-BTU furnace is perfect for those frosty desert evenings. Just need some fresh air? Then Bushwhacker Plus’ 3-speed attic fan is just the ticket when an outside breeze is your best option.
